Reduce Human-elephant conflict

The Shramadana program was jointly carried out by Ramya Lanka, Sri Lanka Unites, and Mission Green organizations in support of the Shramadana campaign titled "A Sustainable Program Beyond the Elephant Barrier" organized by the Clean Sri Lanka Program on October 12th with the aim of creating a friendly environment for wild elephants in the Thabbowa Reservoir in Puttalam as a national program aimed at reducing the acute human-elephant crisis in the country. This program was launched jointly by the Forest and Wildlife Offices of the area, the District Secretariat, the Police, the Tri-Forces, and community organizations.
